I believe that everyone is capable of achieving their goals - if you have the motivation and
determination, you will succeed. However, some need a little help and guidance along the way
and that’s what I am here for.
Whether you want to lose weight, bulk up, tone up, have specific sporting fitness needs, or
simply want to feel more alive and have more stamina, I can help you achieve your personal goal.
Being a “Personal Trainer” is not just a job title to me. When you train with me or use my online
programmes, I am “personally” dedicated to help you to achieve your goal, whatever that may be.
Everyone has their reasons for who they are and who they want to be, I will never be judgmental
and your work with me will be totally confidential.

Of course, it goes without saying that there is no point working-out if you are going to eat junk food.
I do not claim to be a nutritionist, but can certainly give you some tips on what to eat and what not to eat, especially before/after a work-out.
